Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónMy family and I had dinner last night, my son started gagging and had to pull a hair out of his throat. When the manager came over he said “it’s none of my people” then tried to say it was our fault and it was from us, I had to argue with him and ask how in the world is it our fault and told him it wasn’t from us. He then proceeded to point at every customer around us and said “then it’s someone else out here” refused to offer a refund and continued arguing with us in front of everyone! Absolutely uncalled for! This is the second time the same manager has treated us horribly.
Not the go to spot unless it's convenient for the moment. Their server's are impatient with your order, slow about checking up on you, also if you don't order the dish the way it is on the menu, they are visibly annoyed. Pretty much every dish at every restaurant, it's normal if you ask to customize the dish. Being annoyed at taking the order modified is lazy, so simply put they have lazy server's, and it really lowers the quality of the experience, enough that they aren't worth the trip.

Nice deck, ate lunch and watched the eclipse. Food and service were good, typical chips and salsa joint experience.
While trying to point out wasps, near the door, to a server some of my food accidentally fell on the ground. The server saw it, said nothing, and darted inside. The server refused to replace it saying it was my fault it fell and had a bad attitude. I asked to speak to the manager about it at which point she talked over me not letting me explain what happened. Then I asked the manager if she spoke English and she did not. I paid for my meal and left what remained of my food on the counter. Feeling frustrated and largely ignored, I left. I suppose I shouldn’t be too surprised… but, her attitude was intolerable and infuriated me.
