Pollo Tropical - Clearwater

The food was grat, the service was missing seriously. I don't know if they're understaffed or people didn't show up, but the first time we tried to go, they closed the dining room. the next day I ordered online to pick up at the counter at a certain time. when we were there, the door was closed, and another one said he had waited 30 minutes outside for his food. I started knocking really hard at the door, what had their attention in themselves, and they came to the door after a few minutes. they had the command of the man, and they brought my word out shortly after. all that said, our order was delicious! so good.

We come and wait for 5 minutes until they take our order, and we order, I wanted the garlic sauce with my bowl, so we ask that and they don't acknowledge, so we ask if they have that, they say yes we have the sauce down for their order, we pull up, pay and wait 10 minutes for our order, while the people work just chatting and stuffing and not eating

I have used the love to eat pollo tropical and I have eaten pollo tropical for over 20 years. this place is the worst ever. eating was absolutely terrible and cooked without care on quality. the fried yucca was so hard and stale, we couldn't eat it. that he seemed to be understated. I will not eat at this place. this is definitiw bad management. I don't know if I want to eat more at every pollo tropical. I'm very disappointed.

I go in the rule to the pinellas park location and eating is always great everyone visiting. I decided to try the golf to bay and eating is not great at all. super dry chicken and the mac n cheese is dry and burned.

Food was good. They need to fix their online ordering system as the only drink you can pick for combos (without paying more) is a Diet Coke. They also did not give me my fries for my combo nor any sauces that was asked for so now I have to go back. I tried to call but no one picks up.
