This place was first checked and loved!? Standard coffee/tea menu and a good selection of baked baristas. my simple cappuccino was the way I like it. the shop itself has a lot of space to relax. a wonderful variety of plates new and old. friendly, conversational staff. will soon be hopeful again!

Some of the best coffee in Cleveland. Love the environment and vibe inside, great place to sit back and get some work done for a few hours. Order the Southside' you won't regret it.

I bought a Lemongrass Tea at this establishment the day after New Years Day. I took a sip of my tea and it was super hot. So I took the cap off to let the steam out and let it sit for awhile. Went to take another sip? Still super hot. Took the top off again to a warped cup from the scalding hot tea that eventually overflowed over my gloves and scalded my hands to a level 2nd and third degree burn! I dropped the cup. NEVER SHOULD A BEVERAGE BE THAT HOT WHERE IT CAUSES 2nd and 3rd degree burns! It could’ve been my mouth! I called your shop the next day and left a message to have mgmt call me back? Nobody did! Very upset! I lost a week of work! I own a salon! My shop closed for a week. Nobody could get serviced and I was unable to my normal daily activities because of huge half dollar sized blisters on my hands! We spent over 100.00 on burn cream, bandages abd and it was very painful. I have scars. I should sue but I’d hate to ruin what you got going on.I’d like for the owner to write me out a check for lost wages for one week, supply for the injury, pain and suffering. Very scalding hot water served in a recycled paper cup will eat the cup away. I’d hate to call my lawyer.

Great atmosphere and coffee as well. Staff could be a little better but not the worst.
