Mcdonald's - Cleveland

I’m in visiting family from out of town. The staff is all incredibly friendly and attentive… beyond what I’d ever expect from a fast food place. It’s very clean and inviting. I think I met the owner too. Not just the best McDonald’s I’ve been to… the best fast food place I’ve ever been in.

The dining room is open as expected during posted hours. The food is always hot and fresh, and the speed of service is excellent even during peak times. However, this location charges more than other locations for menu items.

We stopped on our way out of town for coffee and Sweet Tea, the cashier took our order and then stood there until another customer came in. After about 10 minutes finally someone else from the back came with the coffee and tea. There were no customers that came into the restaurant in all that time and the cashier could not get a coffee and tea, there was no cooking involved. I just thought that was either lazy of the cashier or bad training. They also have a double drive through line the blocks the exit if you park and go in, so we had to sit there and wait for someone in the drive-thru line to let us out.

I didn't eat here, but as a home health professional I am always looking for clean bathrooms, and this one was and came in a time of great need.

They’ve kept the franchise fresh and well kept. Food and service were top notch.
