This business is not open they have a notice on the door stating the power is cut off

I believe this is black owned that's why I wanted to support ... but the shake was mediocre...the actual store was not tidy. He put my shake in a solo red cup with a coffee top. Very ghetto. I'm confused where my toppings and extra razzle dazzle was ?! Very disappointing.
