Culver’s - Clintonville

This place is always clean and the food always tastes great! The employees were all working hard and working together. I wanted to compliment them on how great they were working but I did not want to disturb them. Also , I learned that they have gluten free buns. Great job employees. My 21 year old son and even noticed and mentioned to me about how good the young employees were working. Vegetarian options: Harvest veggie burger on a gluten free bun. Parking: Alot of space to park. A place to park a little bit away from building, maybe for dog walking or for travelers to stretch their legs. Kid-friendliness: Just a great friendly clean atmosphere. Wheelchair accessibility: The doors had wheelchair accessible sidewalks.

We stopped at this Culver's while passing through Clintonville, and I was truly impressed by the kindness and excellent service we received. Every young employee we encountered was cheerful and friendly. During our visit, they got our order right and even took the initiative to clean up some of our trash before we left. We witnessed a young worker assist an elderly couple as they exited, and one young man even thanked us for coming and wished us a great weekend. When my husband accidentally dropped his cup, the manager quickly came over to clean it up, reassuring him not to worry about it. This was the best service I've experienced in a long time, especially considering the youthful staff. These kids are clearly being trained and guided by a fantastic team, and I believe they'll go on to achieve great things in the future.

On top of that, when I ordered the burger, I also requested three scoops of the flavor of the day, which they didn’t bring out until after they delivered the wrong burger. The person who brought out my food was quite rude and insisted that we were wrong about the order, acting like everything they did was correct. It felt as if they just wanted to toss the bag in our car and walk away. This isn’t the first, second, third, or even fourth time this has happened to me.
