Noah's Pizza Grill - Coats

Tried several times to order a pizza tonight and got hung up on repeatedly. The first time some lady answered and put me on hold. After waiting several minutes I gave up and hung up. I tried to call back 4 or 5 more times and no one answered, it would just ring and then they would disconnect me or hang up. I'm done, I'll give my business to someone who actually wants it.

We have ordered three different dishes from this restaurant and have not encountered any issues so far. The food is excellent, cooked perfectly, crispy, and packed with flavor. The customer service at the restaurant is respectful, professional, and prompt. There was one time when the delivery driver was slightly delayed, but he called to let us know he was on his way and thanked us for our patience. I will definitely be returning.

I placed an order online today after not ordering from this restaurant for over a year due to missing items in the past. Unfortunately, I should have ordered from somewhere else. The food arrived cold and without ranch dressing for my bacon cheese fries. I also did not receive my drink that was supposed to come with my roast beef Sub-Combo. The lettuce on the sub was wilted and brown, and there was very little mayo on the sandwich. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience and will likely not be ordering from this restaurant again for another year.
