Little Caesars Pizza - Cobourg

This is the second time that I ordered the dishes app with the jump. they both sent my order wrong. missing items. I can understand. but twice. that is 100% not sure what is going on and they have done nothing for the inconvenience. not cool

Horrible experience... Absolutely horrible experience. My mother decided to get me and my girlfriend meal here for valentines and I went in paid about 7 minutes before closing. they forgot almost $5 in dips, They also rushed me out.and not only that when we called the next day to ask for the dips they called us a liar. Said I was there after they closed and they gave me a bag and that they have security footage.Few of my complaints1. Calling my a liar and saying I paid after they closed when I have it on my bank account that I paid before they closed.2. Saying that they had security footage the instant after being accused without reviewing it and not being able to provide said security footage.3. Generally being rudeMy explanationsWhy was I there 7 before closing because my car would not start and I had to get a ride. And I ordered so late because I tried the app and the website however it was not working so we called in about 35 before closing.My problem with how I was treated.-Almost everyone I know including my self in retail is perfectly okay with someone coming in 5 before closing. We still get paid for that time. I’ve even waited 40 past closing where I work.If you’re not okay staying until it google says your open and they hours your work gives you. Should you really be working at said job? Or are you so miserable that you don’t even say 2 words to a customer because he shows up 5 before closing to pick up a order? Not place a order.

I was disappointed with my order today.Firstly I was over charged by more than $10 and had to ask twice for the money back.The food seems to be done differently than other little Ceasars.The crazy bread has a strange spice taste to it, they burn the ends of the bread which makes it chewy and tough, andalso has very little Parmesan Cheese/oil which in my opinion is the best part.I also ordered Italian cheese bread and I was extremely disappointed. Basically it was a thick crust cheese pizza. It was Just bread with pizza sauce and cheese. I'm not sure if the cook didn't know how to make Italian cheese bread or if this location just does as they please but now that the Porthope location is closed Cobourg is the only option. I used to drive to Porthope for their crazy bread as she turned her oven down a touch so the bread wasn't burnt at the ends, an did addd her Italian cheese bread was amazing.Why is your food so much different than other franchises?
