Whoever was working as I’m typing this message running the grills is a master that was the best JBC I have ever had the ratios were perfect it was absolutely scrumptious it’s always good but today this was a damn masterpiece give them a raise Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$10–20
The worst service I have ever had. The person at the window was so rude that I felt like calling in to complain but I know they don't make much money... I hope that she finds a job in the back of a warehouse!!!! Meal type: Other Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
The store would have been fine, but I bought fries and it was very expensive. So I went back to get it replaced, then the male manager did replace the fries but he was very rude and didn't seem to have customer service training. When you work in this industry you need to learn basic customer service. Apologies if the store is missing or wrong. And if you do something good, make sure you do it with a happy heart, not the one that is against you!
