Publix Super Market At Westcreek Commons

Staff is in incompetent, probably the worst Publix in the area. There was a roach in the deli area near the bread and witnessed an employee accuse a customer of stealing. How embarrassing for that poor man. With Publix every three miles away, do yourself a favor and go to different one.

I visit this place many times a week.. it’s great! just be careful when exiting the parking lot. It’s a bit tight and I’ve seen several car accidents here.

Megz (with a Z) is a wonderful asset to your location. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my order. I just want to thank her and all the other associates at the deli, sub and hot station. Always a pleasure! from the lady that needed honey mustard when yall ran out.. Megz will know!

The deli used to actually be a great place. Subs made with care, meat sliced as asked, and always smiling employees. Oh my goodness, it is completely different now. They hired new people and they must all be from Uranus, because that's where all their heads are. Literally. I come home with the wrong sliced meat and cheese everytime, I'm lucky if the sub I order is actually the meat I asked for. The newer people seem like they were hired and said here you go you got the job, because the lack of training is unbelievable. The new management is atrocious. I literally watched an employee running back and forth trying to help everyone, and the manager was just sitting there ringing up something on the scale just ignoring everyone walking up. I asked if she was going to help me, and she said well be right with you. That's not what I asked. I had asked if YOU were going to help. And she never did. All the older employees look so unhappy. I have physically heard the managers reprimand them in front of me. Extremely unprofessional. I wouldn't be surprised if many other customers feel the same. The store manager is completely useless. You tell him about anything and it's always, an excuse. This store has went to hell. I used to love coming here. Not anymore. Corporate should know how terrible this place is turning into. And don't get me started on the expired food all around the store. Almost everything I bring home is almost expired!!! Definitely sad to see this cleaner, one of the better stores, turn into another one to avoid.

Nice local stores. My Go to restaurant is in this shopping area. DUFFY 'S Sports grill. Good food at an affordable price. The pics are from St Patty 's Day dinner. Yes!! Green beer..
