L'Atelier des Quais - Cognac

We had a wonderful time! A refined cuisine, balanced flavours. Chicken with vegetables each with a special taste, snails with delicious ceps. The desserts also perfect! Carefully decorated plates for the pleasure of the eyes. Perfect cooking. Cognac's best restaurant in our opinion. The leader and his team deserve their stars. The service was perfect, well rythmated, staff with small care caring for our desires and opinions and especially not guinated. Effective and casual. The frame is very pleasant. We recommend and return. Very good price for this culinary exception, menu at 39€, it is to be noted.

Thanks for this dinner in a pleasant setting with a very friendly service. Everything was delicious from cocktails to desserts, special mentions for trout and pre dessert. We will come back to make other discoveries
