Fai's Noodle Company - Colchester

Ordered a delivery from this restaurant..it was delivered early..nice and hot..the flavours were fantastic..all the family really enjoyed it..we ordered too much..but it was good value for money

Brill food...best I have tasted in a while. staff brill too. I liked the restaurant as it was nice decor and atmosphere. good price for excellent food...too cheap! will go again.

Once again another consistently good lunch. Fais certainly exceeds expectations. The lunch menu is very good value for money and the food and flavours excellent. Great selection and fairly comprehensive menu, enough for most peoples tastes. Restaurant was comfortably warm on a cold December lunchtime. Good service and, after talking to a few other diners , most of them regulars, which must say something for Fais. A good place to stop for lunch, located at the bottom of town near the railway station. Well worth a visit.

Terrible waitress terrible service food was cold not as described and a real letdown with a good choice of other Chinese restaurants I’ve yet to try it’s safe to say I’ll never set foot in there again !!!

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered from here on Just Eat. I was staying in a local hotel and knowing it would make it easier for the delivery driver I waited outside. I waited ages watching cars come and go but, no food delivery. I contacted the restaurant and they had said the driver turned up but, couldn’t contact me so, drove off. After a heated discussion they said the driver would come back. When he turned up I recognised the car from earlier. I had to go to the car and ask if it was my order. Abuse abuse abuse, just because I dared ask if he was going to get out the car and attempt to get out the car and maybe try asking at reception? The response I got was “ why should I?” Then proceeded to get out the car and offer to have a fight. Never again from here
