When I asked for a napkin, the waiter gave me a few torn pieces from his pocket. The restroom should only be used in emergencies. Despite the lack of cleanliness, the food was delicious and affordable. While hygiene may be concerning, I would not recommend this place unless you are in a desperate situation and have no other options.
