The Sugar Shack - Colombo

Was visiting Colombo with friends and heard of the cupcakes here. Great cupcakes with icing that just melts in your mouth. I wanted to take some back home to India but didn't think they'd survive airport security took some brownies instead and they were perfect crusty and gooey all at once and so chocolatey! My family loved them. I now wish I had tried the rainbow cake as well next time: The staff are also very friendly.

My go to place for my sugar fix! Good coffee and chills!!! Best in town!!! Friendly of service!!! Homely atmosphere!!! Visit early to avoid disappointment!!! Ribbon cake is the best in town

They sell delicious cakes and you can get amazing fresh paan sandwiches. The cafe has great atmosphere, would recommend checking The Sugar Shack if you are in Colombo.

The Ribbon Cake at this restaurant is absolutely fantastic. It is a melt-in-your-mouth treat that is delicious and reasonably priced. I highly recommend trying it.
