The appetizers Pizza was so good I forgot to get a picture! Dogs welcome on the terrace. They brought a big dog bowl of water right away! Big dinner of the father.
The most authentic Italian pizza in the Springs. If you're looking for a delicious pizza, don't go. Nicely cooked, perfectly seasoned and only fresh ingredients went into my cake. I definitely bring my mates here to try. I got her pizza from the day and was not disappointed. *Update* my last trip was a bit disappointed. The pizzas were boiled, from the crisp and warm pizza I got perfectly darkened last time with the crust on the floor without the pizza being boiled this time. Still delicious, but I hope they care more about cooking it right next time.
We've been to Pizzeria Rustica twice last month. Both times it was nothing but extraordinary. My first time we started with the fonduta and had the Cinque formaggi pizza as well as the special pizza of the day that had meatballs, red onion and pecorino. We loved the meatballs so much that my mother ordered an order from them together with their meal. I shared the Formaggi with my mother and my father had the pizza of the day. The pizzas are not so big and are 6 slices so perfect for a big personal pizza. I went again today and started with the same appetizer. My mom had the Montucky beer she liked last time, but they have a variety of wines. We got the pizza of the day this time it had five cheeses, pepperoni, red onion and chili oil. I got the Formaggi pizza again, which was amazing, my mother got the meatballs as her meal. I'm not a fan of red sauce usually, but I loved the meatballs and marinara. If you ask, they will provide chili oil and truffle oil to dip your pizza in which I think the pizza will make even better. The service is amazing and when we went on a Monday at 4 p.m., it was not busy at all and it finally picked up at 5. When we went to 6 it was pretty busy, but not busy enough, so there was no waiting. Eating there will also assist you local businesses and farms, they have a list of all farms where they get their ingredients to show where you support when you eat it. For us three to eat there it was over 100, but that was 2 appetizers two beers, two pizzas and the quality is INSGESAMT worth it!! I'd say it's moderately expensive. Everyone is so friendly and social and has amazing recommendations. I highly recommend it.
Wow. I probably got the best Napoliten Pizza in my 1st day in Colorado Springs. Their pizzas are really tasty and the environment is good too. Service was great too.
