Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónIt was a busy Heritage/civic day long weekend. A lot of visitors when we arrived around 3pm. We were trying to catch a late lunch but kitchen was closed due to no supplies. Came back at 5pm for dinner. The fish tacos were amazing and tasty. We also ordered the pan-seared salmon..it was so delicious. The creamy pasta was yummy too!
A seat on the terrace gives you the most beautiful place to have lunch. Yes it's not cheap, but you are paying for the view. Of our 5 main courses (lamb burger, shrimp quesadilla, chicken pizza, chicken panini and veggie Pizza) only the veggie pizza disappointed a little as it was a bit dry. But the deserts were heavenly, especially the raspberry sorbet. Excellent service. For our family this was a once in a holiday experience of eating lunch out, but worth every dollar spent.
Pluses Great view Friendly staff Reasonable prices Swift service Topping of the pizza Deltas Crust of the pizza was like a carton box Indoors not very nice ambiance Menu options are limited.
I ordered the Ramen. The noodles were underdone, the meat cool, soup almost cold, the poached egg came straight from the fridge. I asked what the round thing on top was and I was told it was butter :-) Unfortunately, I tasted it and couldn't identify it. Indigestion special. The staff should have noticed that it wasn't melting in the soup. This used to be one of our favourite restaurants.
We had pizza and salad one night while staying at Emerald Lake Lodge. The atmosphere was casual and comfortable, the server fantastic. We liked the food and the experience.
