Firehouse Subs Forest Dr. - Columbia

Njoyed Sandwich has been a while since I went to eat them big place love the boiler chips.

Fresh, crisp salad. Sub had more than abundant meat, cheese and vegetables. The staff was thoughtful, polite and very helpful. This is now our place for subs and salads.

Ordered 2 Subs and 2 Cookies, we ask if the Cookies were in the bag and the lady says yes. Got home no Cookies, Called back and talk to the lady about the the order, she didn't care,talked to the Manager, didn't care either. Will never go back to this Firehouse Subs again. The customer service is terrible.

Currently my favorite Firehouse location. I gave feedback, and the manager listened, remedying the issue. They always have my online orders available when requested, and they never leave off or add in ingredients. Amazing service!

Hook Ladder is amazing. Great place to enjoy a sub!! Big portions, hot and fresh?
