Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThe service was bad, the server didn't know the menu. The quality of food was very average Blande with average cooking techniques. The price was too high for what you get. Basically, Ben's lower prices and quality of foods with their move to northwest. Well, now his just over price average food. Many better restaurants in Columbus.
They accepted my reservation, but the restaurant was closed when we arrived!
The food was not prepared as desired (no butter or oil) and taken forever. When it arrived, it had a tonne butter and a hair. I sent it back. forget to get a new job. as I expected, they brought the same meal with butter and salt. I ate it, because at this point I was hungry and had to go. I told the waiter my extreme disappointment. when I left the cook, gave me evil look and shook his head in disgust. they gave me $3 for a lobster dinner. I'll never go back.
My wife and I visited Ben's Chophouse on Valentine's Day. The Lobster Thermidor of my wife and my Ribeye Steak were delicious. As with the sides, the beans, baked potatoes and sweet potatories were quite delicious. Our service was none. Our waiter Miguel took care of us. We had no waiting time to sit and ate dinner in just an hour on Valentine's Day! This app is great! We enjoyed our visit to Ben's Chophouse and will return.
We had a group of 10 and a reservation. Our table was ready and our waitress promptly took orders. Warm rolls were served and were very good. One dinner included the wrong vegetable which was quickly corrected. Steak and fish dishes were especially good. We couldn't resist sharing creme brûlée and coconut cream cake, both we're excellent. The restaurant was very empty because a major storm was in progress (we had a great lightening show) so it's impossible to know how the noise level, etc would be on a busy night.
