Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónEating was not as good as it is in the rule, so we were disappointed. the lobsters were quite small and the crab legs were overcooked and cold plus they were from crackers as they were all in the dishwasher. our server was very friendly and super nice and friendly, but he didn't realize the table of our salads when he was finished with them or dressed after eating. he was very busy and worked very hard so that I will let this one slip. the garnel of my walts were perfectly cooked and served hot love.
My family and I went for endless garnel! the restaurant was not crowded so we were happy to be there in hopes on good service. when we started, two of the six online listed options were no longer available, which was somehow a bummer. we ordered other options and eating was wonderful. the service was very slow. there was only one waiter for the whole restaurant and she was pulled in every direction. the food was massed a few different items, but it was delicious when it was out! we know that the pandemic has messed up the lack of coworkers, and eating was still good, so we didn't notice it! we would still go back and enjoy, only would hope to service faster!
Our server, Morgan, was extremely busy but was still able to be attentive.
The server was a jewel. That's where the good part ended. The food was tasteless and I got lobster tail as an add on and literally it was the size of a sausage link. My son got the 2 for $29.99 and his were the same and he got 14 french fries. The biscuits were great as usual. Very disappointing except for the service and biscuits. I guess Red Lobster like everything else is just not what it used to be.
They are clearly on the decline. No drink menu, only 2 beers on tap. Near empty restaurant on a Saturday dinner shift.
