El Pollo Loco - Concord

I have visited this restaurant several times and have always had a positive experience. However, during my most recent visit, three customers who arrived after me received their orders before me. When I inquired, I was informed that my order was not ready. I found this to be unacceptable, especially since I had only ordered a chicken salad. After waiting for 15 minutes, I requested a refund. My order was eventually placed on the counter without any explanation or apology for the delay. Due to this experience, I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.
