Charlie's Deli And Catering - Conneaut

As a first-time customer, I ordered the Lil Giganti, which is an 8-inch Italian-style hoagie/sub filled with lettuce, tomato, Italian dressing, and mayo. However, the dressing and mayo were provided in small packets that were impossible to open. The sandwich itself was just okay. During my half-hour visit, I was the only person dining in, although I did notice several takeout orders being fulfilled. It definitely feels like a neighborhood spot. The price was $11, which included a 20 oz soft drink. The place was fairly clean, and the restroom was acceptable. However, the person behind the counter never checked in on me or asked how the sandwich was, either after I received it or before I left. Hmm...

We visited Charlie's in August of 2022 we got a Chicago Jimmy the menu says a 10 in hogie but we got a 7 inch hogie.

I love supporting Chaz and Pam and all of their businesses!! They are amazing people who genuinely care about their customers. Pam even texted me one day because I forgot to ask for no pickle with my sub and she knows I hate pickles, what other businessowners would do that? They're involved in their community and want what's best for it!! I make sure I support ALL of theirbusinesses and will continue to do so!!

This is an excellent spot for a quick meal. The atmosphere is friendly and lively, and the staff welcomes you with warm smiles. The food is tasty, and the prices are unbeatable! I highly recommend it!

I absolutely love their subs and their food! This place has almost become a weekly stop for me!
