Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónIf you like food that is from the region, respects nature and uses local products and herbs, then you will adore this restaurant. The lady who served us was able to tell us about the herbs they gather and use many of which I had never heard where the food comes from, how it is made and any dietary requirements are taken in their stride. We love vegetables and it was delightful to see that they were plentiful on the plate and then we were offered more later on. These were happily accepted as they were so full of flavour and homegrown. The menu is varied, imaginative and not expensive for the quality. A little extra at the beginning of the meal was local goat's sérac served imaginatively. At the end of the meal the verbena leaves were picked fresh from outside and served! In addition to the wonderful food, wine and local drinks the service was friendly, efficient and not hurried and just to add to this you have spectacular views from the terrace. This has been the finest meal we have had in ten years of visiting Switzerland. Don't forget to book or you won't get a table because the people of the Valais come here and it is busy. Even just stopping for a coffee on the terrace is worth it.
Ich bin zum dritten Mal in dieses Restaurant zurückgekehrt und habe festgestellt, dass die Qualität und Originalität der Gerichte nachgelassen haben. Das Fleisch ist ausgezeichnet, aber die Beilagen sind nicht mehr so gut.
Jedes Jahr gehen wir als Paar aus und wie immer ist das Essen erstklassig und der Service tadellos. Wir empfehlen dieses Restaurant auf jeden Fall weiter.
Dieses Restaurant befindet sich in einem kleinen Paradies mit atemberaubendem Blick auf das Rhonetal. Das Essen und der angebotene Wein sind einwandfrei und die Besitzerin eine echte Profi. Wir freuen uns bereits darauf, bald wiederzukommen.
