We were served donuts that were at least 2-3 days old and very dry and stale. When we told the staff, we were told “I’m sorry” . No offer to remedy the situation! I think they saw me coming, realised I wasn’t local and shafted me big time. In their defence it was busy in there (half a dozen people in the queue!! but the girls serving didn’t seem to have much of a clue. I had to keep reminding them I was still waiting for a coffee (even after the 2 people who ordered after me were given theirs and I only got one of the two cakes I ordered, which I realised once back at the car. I couldn’t be bothered to traipse all the way back to point this out for the sake of a cake. Just now 2 days later and 4 hours away I’ve checked my card statement and seen I was charged $92 for just 3 sandwiches, 1 coffee and a cinnamon bun. I’m a good tipper but NEVER by that much I believe I was charged DOUBLE the amount I should have been. My fault for not checking what I was paying for at the time but as a word of advice don’t make the same mistake I did. Make sure you ask for the receipt so you can double check (the staff kept my receipt so they knew what I had ordered and they still got it wrong! so the same thing doesn’t happen to you.

Their brewed coffee was really good. The tiramisu iced latte tasted more like chocolate milk than anything, but it was good. Loved the vibe, staff was great and there's plenty of drinks and flavors to choose from. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Lattes were unique and delicious! We preferred this place over the one across the street. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
