U.s. Pizza Downtown Conway

I ordered a sandwich that was supposed to come with cheese. I specifically requested "no cheese" because I'm lactose intolerant. However, when it arrived, it was drenched in cheese dip, making the bread completely soggy. I won't be returning.

I absolutely love everything about this place—the salads, pizza, and cheese bread are fantastic! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I have a child with a milk allergy, and they were very accommodating, ensuring her pizza was made without cheese. This is definitely our favorite spot for pizza and salad!

While they may lack a variety of beers or even lemonade, the pizza I had was truly one-of-a-kind. The dough remained crispy even after 10 minutes under the cheese and sauce. It was an amazing pizza!

Came in to sit down and eat saw that it was really busy play state to go order. Set the bar and was ignored for 30 minutes. All the while. We're acknowledging the people that sat next to me. Got up as for my money back cuz I was waiting too long. Then I found out that sat in front of a drunk guy. For I don't know how long. The employees were feeling entertained by the drunk guy. It seems like this was his night off and he worked there. First time this has happened they take your order and forget about you. And ignore you. All I ordered was a salad. They said it would take 5 to 10 minutes. What have ordered a beer if someone would have taken the time to take my order and not ignore me. Thank you for nothing

They deserve zero stars. My kiddos are gluten free so I verified that the right pizza was gluten free and the Togo girl (blonde with curls) was very rude and acted as if I was a complete inconvenience, followed with mean facial looks and talking. About me to other employees. This is absolutely unprofessional.
