McDonald's - Coolum Beach

I always have at least one burger when away on holiday, Macca's is familiar and reasonably reliable. Service was fine, everything was clean, that's all I need from a burger shop.

They even delivered our food to our outside table. Food was as expected from McDonalds. OK as it is the world over.

Fast and efficient service, needed a quick meal before tradies arrived and this served a need - food is what you expect, wouldn't buy for choice but it is convenient. Service is excellent when you are in a hurry.

I want to commend the service and compassion of the this young lady who served me at this store last week. She was delightful and polite when taking my order, despite being very busy, and very helpful, providing a refund after an accidental spill of my coffee. A patient

Ordered a quarter pounder, no onions. Asked if I could please get some bacon, tomato and lettuce with it. Came home after the drive in at McDonald, after we had to wait for a few minutes on the side..realised I just got a burger bun and some meat in it, that's it. Nothing else! Is that what you call a quarter pounder? Seriously? Who worked on the counter at 9.30pm on Sunday the 5th? The taxi driver and I repeated the order twice. And I still got a bun and meat? And I still had to pay for all the extras and all the wait? Unfortunately I discovered it at home and couldn't go all the way back. Worst customer service. You really need to put more training in your staff.. very disappointing!
