It's a past since we were able to go to a twisted root burger co because our next location, in lewisville, closed so when we were in coppell and saw that there was a twisted root near, we decided to go. I'm so glad we made it. all our burgers were delicious, served with high quality meat. as regards the side, both their frits and interstice strands are delicious in their own right, and they have a lot of sauces that make them even better. also, while waiting for her to eat, they have these flavored pickles for her to get and munch. last but not least, instead of the usual koks, pepsi, or dr. pepper, they have these craftsmen so and flavored tees on hahn. In short, I loved my meal in twisted root burger co and would like to come back when in the city again.
I love this place. the ambiente is beautiful, the staff is friendly and helpful. the food was also very good, I had the vegabong burger (black bean patty) and it was delicious. my favorites were the local pickles and ketchup. I can't wait to go back.
Today we have got burger, pommes, fried pickles and a first-class shelf margarita. after more than 10 minutes I went to the bar and asked about my margarita. the girl in register ranked it as regular no big thing, mistakes happen. the kerl at the bar, who identified himself as “the gm now”, I complained about the ordering of the top shelf and said, if I wanted it, he would have to circle it again and recharge me for inventory purposes. it is not about the $3 extra. it is about the principle of customer service. instead of apologising and correcting their mistakes, I was accused of lying when the gm said, "That's not what they ordered." I know what I ordered. Beyond that, after sitting at least 30 minutes, my friend was told that the burgers had "jumped and forgotten" for them and their daughters. their way of taking care of it was by going to her the wrong order. she received a free chocolateshake as an excuse. how will this affect the inventory? also what kind of gm would be in order with a tablet of fries that look like these and are totally inedible, on everything else. will never come back.
This place is great! You definitely need to check it out. I had the millionaire burger, super good. Lemonade aid was exceptional. They have barrels of different flavored pickles to choose from, ranch was one of my favorite. I also had some of the root beer bbq sauce, a must try. Cool vibes, outside space too.
