The mango bingsu is always a treat, and being able to add chocolate or caramel sauce on our own is a great perk. On a downside, the staff often come off as unfriendly, as we've never seen them smile at customers. The good news is that the restaurant is located in a food court, which lets us enjoy our dessert at a distance from their unpleasant attitude.

They have stopped serving my favorite ice cream with strawberry cereal flakes, and I find this unacceptable! Now, I can't find this delicious treat anywhere else.
