To be fair, my only experience was at the silvester and I know that this is a busy time. the table was so close to the next people my friend and I couldn't even have a real conversation. they had two different songs that were played at one point simultaneously. So it was very unpleasant. the server did not come to the table, it took the owner who offers us water after 20 minutes of sitting. we ordered everything right away. cocktails were good, they brought us to the wrong appetizers, the main was “Küche sich” and lasted very long. eating was very thorough and bland. the bolognese was watery and tasteless. the server offered free drinks for the mistake but never came back to ask us what we want. I was so disappointed because it was a special occasion. Maybe it was a night.

Wonderful restaurant, owner operator with excellent food. We've been there several times and the cuisine is amazing. The only thing that put me off on my last visit was the rude young hostess. The was some confusion regarding my reservation made through open table, and her tone was disrespectful and accusatory, with the implication that it was my fault and she was put out by it. What happened to customer service? and the customer being right?

Our waitress and waitress were very friendly and made sure we looked good. that was delicious. only complaining was that we were informed about 20 minutes after the order that an ingredient of 2 of the dishes we ordered was sold out. not the waiter's fault. kitchen staff must be more about such things and immediately advise. the substitution was very good. the waiter took a meal from our bill, which was unexpected and really appreciated. that would not prevent us from going back.

This place is a go to for the locals come on weekends so it was a treat to get a table mid-week. Comfort food is served up well with attentive service.
