I went there yesterday and ordered their Mighty Kale smoothie. While I was watching them making the smoothie I looked at their bucket of kale that is close to the counter, and they clearly didn 't wash the kale before using it. I nicely asked them to re-make my drink because I didn 't wanted that unclean/unwashed kale in my drink. They refused to do that and only took the kale out of the smoothie which didn 't help at all. I would not repurchase anything from here again. I work in a food industry myself and customers have the right to ask for good service and washed ingredients which they didn 't provide any of them for me. I visited Coquitlam Center location on January 25th at around 1:15 pm.
Visited twice an hour before closing for both times. An East Indian lady, both times had different excuses for not taking my order. The first time, I ordered pressed OJ , and she said they do not take cash before an hour to closing. Visited again a month later, and she said they do not take orders for pressed OJ near closing hours. The excuses are extremely unprofessional. Will definitely not be returning!
Rude customer service but oh well I was just there for a smoothie so I got it and left. :
Please, for the sake of your wallet and just on principle, STAY AWAY from this place. $10+ drinks being made with ingredients that is worth less than a dollar.ASK to have them make their smoothies in front of you, and watch just how little ingredients go into their drinks. They might pass on a technicality that they do include the listed ingredients, but don 't be fooled. In a time when we are paying more for everything, these cutthroats definately highlight the definition of shrinkflation and highway robbery .My purchase was made on nov 19, around 415pm
