Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónExtremely biased experience. As an African American, I went to the restaurant for lunch and was the only customer present. However, I felt completely ignored when a group of white customers arrived. I have not returned since.
I arrived at the restaurant at 8:51pm on September 27, and the door was already locked even though the closing time was listed as 10pm. The employee inside informed us that they were closed, despite two other customers still being served. It was disappointing to miss out on the opportunity to try the food, experience the service, and enjoy the atmosphere. Unfortunately, due to this incident, I can only give this restaurant a 1-star review.
The employees at this restaurant seem too relaxed and unmotivated. They often run out of cookies and don't seem very busy. One employee is always on the phone using her AirPods, making it difficult to hear her or causing customers to have to repeat themselves.
It says they open at 8:00am and it's 9:52, the door is unlocked and the girl inside is turning everyone away saying they are closed. Extremely rude as well. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
There is a reason I typically avoid this Subway in the area. Past experiences have been awful. Today was no exception. I place an order for a footlong sandwich and chips. Go by the pick it up and it's ready.The problem was that there was only a 6 inch sandwich in the bag, no chips and footlong as ordered. I asked them to remake the sandwich. The guy seemed bothered and put together another six inch to add into the bag.It wasn't until after I grabbed the bag that I realized there wasn't chips and had to ask them why they were missing. They simply directed me to get my own chips (which I did) with no further word. The sandwich also tasted stale and the bread hard. I do love Subway, but I won't ever be back to this location.
