I was amazed at the attention paid to the different needs (without gluten, vegetarian and vegan,) from appetizer to dessert. I loved the refinement of presentations and dishes, a shame that the appetizer was too salty for my goits. I was really surprised when on the arrival of the cake to me (vegana) and the celiac girl brought the lime ice cream made by their vegan. produce excellent organic wine, use vegetables km0, and slow food.
