Burgerville - Corvallis

I went there yesterday and had to wait a really long time for just a plate of fish and chips and a burger and fries. Well after waiting like 20 mins I believe the manager came up to me and handed me a gift card and said 'This is for you, you have waited way too long and I am very sorry. ' it took like an additional 10 mins for ly food to come. I watched as people who had come in way after me received their orders and when the waiter came out and handed me my food he apologized for the wait! I understand the that they are busy and it was packed!! But I was so shocked that the manager came up to me and handed me the gift card! It 's things like this that make me want to come back! Oh and the food... EXCELLENT!!!! Thank you!

I love everything about Burgerville. The food (especially the Walla Walla Onion Rings! along with all the seasonal food specialties and the Lemonades and the Double Cheese Burger and the Special Burgerville sauce and the Wonderful friendly service I receive every time I go and I have been a true patron of for 34 years. The BEST!

We love everything at Burgerville. Have never had a bad meal at any of the Burgervilles and we have been to several. Wish there was one in Salem.

I always appreciate how focused they are on customer satisfaction. I absolutely love the Corvallis store! Today, I took my grandmother, who is 100 years young, there for lunch. We had a wonderful meal and excellent service. A big thank you to Buddy Rasberry for making our outing so enjoyable!
