They called to inform me that they couldn’t fulfill my pizza order and then tried to charge me an extra $15 for a smaller pizza. When I requested to speak to the manager, the person who answered the phone was very rude and abruptly hung up on me.
Only had thin crust, limited toppings, and skimmed on the cheese. Sad!
I called the restaurant for the first time and was greeted by a series of messages trying to sell products, followed by an unsolicited job offer. After going in circles for about 50 minutes, I finally got to speak with someone who had a limited grasp of English. When I asked if they delivered to a location just a quarter mile away, they put me on hold, and I eventually hung up after waiting for 10 minutes. I tried calling back, and this time a young woman answered. However, when I asked if they delivered to the Casey’s across the street, she, too, intended to put me on hold. Frustrated, I said forget it and hung up. The parking lot was empty, so it seems like they may not value customers, as one lost order doesn’t seem to matter to them. I think I’ll stick with Little Caesars from now on.
I put in a mobile order but still had to wait about 30 mins. What mostly concerned me was that the cook didn't have on gloves. And another guy came in with regular street clothes, had no uniform on, and began fixing people's food.
The pizza was fantastic! The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. Catie was a true pleasure to be around, always smiling. It was a joy to see!
