Excellent food. Pretty tasty. Price's ok. Sign out front is too dark. Easy to miss coming off fwy. YES I would recommend

Definitely need to work on getting orders right lol We've only been there twice and both times they gave us basic chicken sandwiches instead of the signature clubs that we ordered. The first time we didn't bother going back for our food, but this time we decided to say something since we waited nearly 20 mins for our food and it was the 2nd time that it happened. The staff was very nice though. So they have that going for them. They just need to pay a little more attention to what they're putting in people's bags I guess. Lol

we love this zaxby! it's the best we have! my only complain is that the restaurant was so hot in the last days. it was hard to enjoy our meal. otherwise, great eating great customer service! the location defuniak springs should be notified about eating and service crestview offers!

they have extraordinary employees who have one especially I did not catch their names, but she worked tonight Saturday 5th november very polite young ladies and helpful as well as she went over and over and over and overhauled customer service by giving me my exact meal, although I had run into the code there thank you very much they deserve an increase they deserve an increase

I have to call the general manager wendy personally at the crestview zaxby. She's here. I order lunches for our company (about 19 people with great appetites) weekly and each time in a dae we choose zaxby’s. every time I call, wendy remembers me and makes it so easy, and I'll get it in 15 minutes. this is by far one of our favorite places to order from. can not beat the price per person. cannot beat the waiting time (or the lack of it). and beyond that, eating is delicious! i highly recommend zaxby’s in crestview for their out/gastronomy needs.
