Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI had a unique and charming time in the tea roses tea room together with my son, grand and a great daughter. my big daughter and I had the broccoli quiz.
Very, very disappointed by the owners demeanor and treatment of my party. the first interaction with her was sitting with her that she told my 12-year-old niee.
We arrived at 2 o'clock on a Friday afternoon without resrvation. Usually you need one, especially when you get to a weekend, but we managed to get good.
Tea Roses tea room is a place where tea is an experience. The owner knows her tea and how to serve lunch and afternoon tea in style. I had the pleasure to visit this tea room several times and took men to tea. Every time they were completely satisfied and enchanted by the atmosphere and service. As founder editor of TEA A MAGAZINE, I traveled the United States to interview, visit and teach people how to open a tea room. I was also the owner of the Olde English Tea Room in Scotland, Ct. for several years in the 80s and 90s. Reservations are always highly recommended because tearooms are not typical fast food restaurants that prepare everything before time. The tea room is not a place to expect with a great American style lunch, it is a place where sampling delicious treats become part of the experience of the civilized custom of tea intake. Plan a special day, make a reservation, and enjoy civil society that the custom of afternoon tea and tea rose tea rooms will take you with.
Amazing organic tea selection. Delicious house made scones and those cucumber sandwiches are to die for! Peggi and her staff are super polite and pleasant. The gift shop is full of fabulous treasures. All in all I would highly recommend high tea at Tea Roses!
