You?d be better of scavenging in the woods for food. Our food was cold, dry, and took 20 minutes to get. The kids inside don?t know basic customer service, nor how to answer basic questions. (IE: what kids meals do you have). Never? have I waited for icecream longer than I waited for food. The trash was full, the lobby was closed, employee shortage or not, this is not acceptablefrom any place of business. When you have read this, and still decide to go? don?t be surprised when you get awful service. IfI could give this experience negative stars I would.
Ordered 4 chicken strips and reg fries with a med blizzard. Ala cart the total was $17.32!!!! And the chicken strips were rung up as 2 orders of 2 strips with sauce, but only recieved one sauce. I know prices are higher, but over $17 was shocking!
Crosslake dairy Queen still has that personal loving touch of the owner meeting you at the front window. You can't say that about other dairy Queens. The portions were fantastic and we were all happy campers.
This was one of the worst experiences ever at this DQ. They didn?t have any sauce for what we ordered and didn?t tell us this until we had paid and left already. When we went back there were kids playing around on scooters in the drive through around ourcar which added to the frustration. Will not be going back and recommend to just stay away from this DQ.
