Cold Stone Creamery - Crown Point

The server assumed I wanted a bowl, and even after I clarified that I wanted a cone, she still served me a bowl.

My friends and I visited Cold Stone, and it took an excessive 35 minutes to get our ice cream. The staff seemed unorganized, with a long line of customers waiting to pay and receive their orders. I waited for my shake, and it sat in the machine for 25 minutes before anyone noticed it. When they finally took it out, they still managed to make it incorrectly. I won't be returning; I'll be heading to Valpo next time.

Owner is a jerk. He also owns the location in Valparaiso. Customer service SUCKS at both but especially in Valpo. Used to be much better but just like everywhere else quality and service is in the toilet. I’m back at Dairy Queen or I go to a cold stone in IL if im desperate enough where I feel appreciated as a customer.

Very neat and organized. The store was a visual delight. I've cream was phenomenal and service was exceptional. Highly recommend!

I ordered online and arrived 15 minutes after my order was marked ready for pickup. When I got there, a young man told me they were just finishing my order. However, they actually weren't, and even if they were close, it still took them an additional 15 minutes to complete it. I would have been better off waiting in the long line.
