Little Caesars Pizza - Crystal Lake

Always hot and fresh call to the time I arrived, it just came out of staff was on it. I was in and out in two minutes with three hot pizza Delicious

Pizza is always undercooked or overcooked. Ordnete a best paprika and came home to find out its regular paprika. Pizza is like eating rubber. Never back to this place.

One of the worst places I compared to the one in Marengo. He waited for almost 30 minutes with a full store and waited for a reason. Everyone became impatient and the staff could take care less. Our pizza was fresh, but the experience was a complete nightmare. Buy a frozen pizza and save yourself the trouble.

Nothing. Bad service. Never prepared for service. I'm 4 years of customer. The business goes down

This location is so poorly run from the customer service to the food quality! The crazy bread is never fresh or consistently made. You never know if you?re going to get the dry dough or the fresh buttery/parm covered kind! Today the worker was out smoking in front and watched me come in and did not come in to work the cash register and take my order until I walked back out to say there?s no workers. Opened my first two bags of crazy bread to find dry dough with no butter coating or parm, so I went back in and asked for fresh sticks and was met with hostility and then my 2nd order/the re-do the bread was filled with black inside and outside. Waste of $8 and honestly concerning. This location needs some help on all fronts!
