Noodles Company - Crystal Lake

Great place to take a bite to eat. The noodles tasted really good. Had a great time here with friends.

Since Covid I haven't been as impressed with Noodles. Their portion sizes have gone down, their service hasn't been the best and now they've changed their menu. There's only one size available now. Also trying to read the menu is confusing and you feelrushed the entire time. They serve everything in togo containers which is wasteful. I hate the paper straws that disintegrate inthe soda. It's become even more fast food than it used to be. They should also have a way to add your points after thetransaction because the staff never ask if you have rewards or the app doesn't load so you can't show them your info.

You order at checkout and wait 5 or 10 mins and pickup when they call your name. A few healthy salads otherwise I'd say it's fast food noodles and pasta and average. But they do as advertised and set your expectations accordingly

Amazing customer service! workers are SO nice. i had a small wait for my food and they gave me extra treats. it's always worth the wait????

Dissapointed this time. My friend wanted to eat Penerosa, which she likes. Girl who took the order tried to talk with her in one, like if she was her bad boss, Penerosa was almost cold and without leaves. And general taste was worse than before.
