I was taking some food to a church event, so I ordered 120 tacos and they had them ready and packed neatly in a box within 10-15 minutes after ordering and the staff was really nice too.

My friend Angela and visited our local Jack in the Box a few weeks ago after an evening at our local watering hole. It was going on 2 am and we were starving. After Sitting at the driver's speaker for quite some while with no response Angela yelled are you in there. The young girl on the speaker said I'm sorry we are closed we're getting ready to mop our floors. I thought , bad time to be getting ready to do the floors. This hasnt been the 1st time the crew at JIB has fallen short of par imo.

Looks dirty customer service is horrible guy sounds like he hates his job and i gotta do his job for him. Drive thru has pot holes
