Pizza Hut - Culpeper

They are a chain restaurant, 18.59 for a large pizza is ridiculous. these are more than local places like ciros and fabiola.

If they screw up a delivery order, they refuse to lend their credit card, give them only a purchase loan. tonight we tried to redeem such a loan, but they didn't let us use it for a delivery order, told us we could only use it if we pick up the order. they obviously don't care about our business, so they lost it now.

The kitchen staff was friendly, and eating was “okay”. but the restaurant was quite dirty, no tables were clean, and the smell of the place was restless.

The pizza was good and hot, the service was on the point that they always made sire, we had everything we needed. the only thing I would add would be for the server to make sure that the tables and seats are really good wipe. also by covid and other germs.

The service was terrible very unfriendly. I selected curbside service for my order and there were no spots marked for this nor were any spots open. I had already placed a TIp on the online order for them to bring it to me so I am out of that as well. I had to go in to get it myself. The pizza was very burnt on the top of one and the stuffed crust pizza had very little sauce on it. It was extremely dry and crusty on the bottom and almost inedible. We threw most of it away. I wont order again. Especially for the price I had to pay.
