Mcdonald's - Cumberland

I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER TONIGHT AT THE McDonalds in BEL AIR, THEY HAD THE A NEW KIND OF STUPID PERSON WORKING THE COUNTER REGISTER, IT FIRST STARTED WITH THE LADY IN FRONT OF ME WHEN I GOT THERE SHE HAD A LITTLE THAT WAS GETTING KIND OF ANSY SO SHE WAS TRYING TO KEEP HIM ENTERTAINED WHILE WAITING ON HER ORDER, SHE HAD ORDERED 2 DOUBLE HAMBURGERS ON KETCHUP AND ONION AND SHE CHECKED THEM BEFORE SHE LEFT AND THEY WERE NORMAL DOUBLE CHEESEBURGERS HER SON HAS A SEVERE ALLERGY TO DAIRY THAT COULD HAVE BEEN UGLY SO SHE PROCEEDED TO TELL THE CASHIER ONCE AGAIN WHAT SHE WANTED AND THE CASHIER TOOK THE DOUBLES OVER TO WHERE THEY ASEMBLE THE ORDERS AND SET THEM DOWN AND SAID I DON'T KNOW WHAT THIS WOMAN WANTS, SO THE LADY SAID TO THE MGR ON DUTY I WANT 2 DOUBLE HAMBURGERS ONLY KETCHUP AND ONION THEN THE GIRL SAYS TO THE LADY DO YOU IF YOUR COOKIES ARE BROKE AT THIS POINT THE LADY JUST SAID WHATEVER AND THE GIRL PUT 3 BROKEN COOKIES IN A BAG AND GAVE THEM TO THE LADY, SO SHE LEFT NOT HAPPY BUT SHE LEFT, THEN IT WAS MY TURN I ORDERED A 4 PIECE NUGGET HAPPY MEAL FOR A GIRL WITH ORANGE HI C AND GOGURT AND A BUNDLE C BUT I ASKED CAN I GET THEM WITH NO CHEESE AND SHE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT SHE COULD NOT DO THAT I HAD TO TAKE THEM THE WAY THE BUNDLE READ, SO I DID NOT ARGUE PROCEEDED TO ORDER 2 SMALL SPRITES AND I LG UNSWEET TEA AND 1 LG SWEET TEA AND NOT SURE HOW SHE DID IT BUT SHE TOTALLY SCREWED UP MY ORDER AND WHEN I SAID SOMETHING TO HER SHE SLAMMED SOMETHING DOWN ON THE BACK COUNTER WHERE THEY HAVE A SWEET TEA CONTAINER AND SHE SAYS I GIVE UP!!! AT THIS POINT I WAS REALLY HOPING SHE WAS GOING MY WHOLE ORDER WAS A DISASTER GUESS I WILL HAVE TO STOP AT ANOTHER FOOD PLACE ON MY WAY HOME FROM WORK BECAUSE I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE ESPECIALLY IF I SEE HER WORKING AND I WILL BE TELLING ALL OF MY FRIENDS ABOUT THIS VISIT I KNOW THAT THIS REVIEW WILL BE DELETED SO IT CANT BE READ BY OTHERS BUT AT LEAST SOMEONE OF AUTHORITY HOPEFULLY WILL READ THIS!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE WAY THIS MCDONALDS IS BEING RUN IN THE GROUND BY MANAGERS AND CREW THAT JUST DON'T CARE!!!

Normally i always liked this Mcdonalds....until tonight. Went through the drive thru to get sweet tea. A guy took my order and took my money. Got to the 2nd window and the girl working was carrying on with another guy. Kept saying things to him and laughing while making my drink. She handed it out to me and didnt say...hi...bye....Nothing and started laughing again. I took a drink out of it pulling out and it tasted like cleaning liquid or soap!!! So i guess that is what all the laughing was about! Real good employees!! I wont be back

I returned the burger to the cashier and politely requested a fresh one. A couple of minutes later, he brought out what looked like the same burger, just slightly warmer. Frustrated and not wanting to escalate the situation any further, I decided to eat it anyway. As you can guess, it was still dry and cold inside. I would have rated them two stars if they had addressed the issue instead of trying to pass off a subpar burger as acceptable. From now on, I'll be heading to Burger King for my quick burger cravings—they consistently serve their burgers hot and fresh every time.

The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. We placed our order quickly and received exactly what we wanted! We will definitely return next time!

My husband requested a fresh grilled chicken snack wrap, but the manager (and I use that term lightly) was rude to him. Usually, he wouldn’t ask for something to be made fresh, but the last time he ordered, his wrap was dry and hard. I understand why he wanted fresh food this time. This will be our last visit to this McDonald's. To the manager on duty today (12/3/16) at 1:15 PM, you really need to work on your attitude.
