Old Fountain Tavern - Dacula

Today for the first time here for Mother's Day. This is a great place. It is clean and well kept. If you go here, it has an upbeat yet homey feel it. The staff is very happy and friendly here. The food was absolutely great. The cook has actually made one of our dishes on the table new because he did not satisfy with the way it looked. He didn't want to make a court like that. It's amazing to me. A good amount of places just squeeze out the food, no matter what. Not here, but you will definitely get good food here. This will be one of my new regular places where I'm going to dinner. If you are looking for a decent place for a one-time stop, or a place to go regularly, do not look further. This is the place. They make karaoke and also have live bands. This is a clear jewel. They won't be disappointed. I tried to get some photos of everything to give a good idea what this place is. I can't believe I lived in Hamilton Mill all these years and never ate Tavern in this neighborhood! The staff was so friendly and accommodating even though they were so busy. It was Friday night and there was live music, a restaurant and bar full of people, but my order was prompt and delicious. The restaurant was bigger than outside. We ordered. The WINGS were fantastic. We ordered lemon pepper wings that had a dry ruin and the Georgia Scorcher's that were hot but not too hot. They were crispy and great! The REUBEN was huge and delicious. Great. And the fries were crispy and delicious. This is a quarter pub, families were there, young adults and the local crowd. We're coming back!

Came here on our anniversary that was just randomly trivia night. Had the best time ever! All our food was amazing, the trivia night activities were an explosion, their special drinks were strong and tasty, and the staff was absolutely perfect. I even enjoyed other guests and talking to strangers is usually not my thing. Try it here... I promise you won't regret it!

Good food and definitely worth a stop when you're in the area. Their Mozzarella sticks are formed, which were ingenious and all American burgers and the rubies that the woman ordered with sweet potato fries.

Large menu selection and quality of food is good. Much better than typical bar food. Atmosphere is good, wish outdoor area was covered, umbrella tables okay but still hot, a covered patio would allow for fans, allow for outdoor dining in rain, and even provide for option to enclose walls during winter months.
