Chick-fil-a - Dallas

Ecstatic I?m always able to pick up lunch order so efficiently!! My go to for a quick drive thru order, chicken nuggets fries are always cooked to perfection lemonade is always so refreshing!!!

Not only do they forget my deluxe sandwich they give me a medium amount of fries in my large fries box. The burger king beside them gives better portions compared to them

It was great, as usual. However, I often find it frustrating at this particular Chick-fil-A because the drive-thru is always crowded. This leads to a hurried experience, and sometimes my order isn't accurate. Nevertheless, the overall experience was positive. Don’t forget, Chick-fil-A is the best place for a delicious milkshake!

Additionally, this location needs to address their landscaping. A tall hedge obstructs the view of vehicles exiting onto Cedar Springs, which creates a potential hazard for oncoming traffic. It's crucial to trim the vegetation to prevent serious accidents or injuries. Many drivers in Texas already struggle with navigation, and I was unable to take a photo of the issue because I was concerned for my safety while trying to leave.

I never thought I would experience poor customer service at a Chick-fil-A, but tonight proved me wrong. First off, the drive-thru line was incredibly disorganized. We received our food even though three cars that ordered after us were served first. This turned out to be fortunate, as we discovered that half of our order was missing. We informed the attendant, but when we reached the front of the line, we had to wait while the manager and two other staff members were engaged in conversation with the young man in the car ahead of us. When it was finally our turn, instead of resolving the issue, the manager kept questioning us as if it were our fault that half of our order had been given to someone else. After that, she took her time retrieving the missing items. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and a poor representation of the Chick-fil-A brand.
