Old Warsaw - Dallas

I wish I had read Leslie Brenner's review in the Dallas Morning News before dining at this restaurant. It was a truly disappointing experience. The food tasted processed and was served cold, the waitstaff was unfriendly, and the overall atmosphere was unpleasant, largely due to the attitude of the servers. To make matters worse, like others, we were overcharged, and the manager refused to address the issue. I really disliked this place. Save your money; it felt like a complete rip-off.

Renowned for its seafood and steak offerings, this restaurant boasts a very romantic ambiance. I ordered the grilled salmon, which was outstanding, and the clam chowder, which had a perfectly balanced flavor. What truly impresses about this place is how each dish has distinctive and bold flavors. The service was excellent, but the food surpassed anything I’ve ever experienced. I would definitely give it five stars; I am quite discerning and have high standards, and The Old Warsaw exceeded them all.

The Old Warsaw offers the finest dining experience in Texas. I am particularly fond of their lobster thermidor; it's absolutely delectable. I visit this restaurant weekly, and I believe it truly deserves its reputation as a four-star establishment. The service is excellent, the chef is outstanding, and the entertainment is very enjoyable. I absolutely love this place and believe that everyone should give it a try!

We had the worst experience ever at any restaurant; the Old Warsaw should be very embarrassed. Our dinner lasted more than 3 hours due to the poor service, our entrees were not delivered for over 2 hours, we had to refill our own wine and water glasses. One of our party never received her salad, the steaks were overcooked, the creme brulee was runny and tasteless. And, to top it off the bill was wrong, we were overcharged for our entrees and our wine. The owner was like I don 't care, just pay the bill . I disputed the charges with my credit card company. This place should go out of business in a year, too many good places in Dallas, please do not go here. I will never return.

The whole evening was very enjoyable until it came time to pay the bill. I had given the front desk my credit card with clear instructions regarding bill payment, neither of which were communicated to our excellent waiter Estaban. An otherwise perfect evening was made awkward when the bill was presented.
