Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI’ve tried going to this drive thru before. These are the people who are “killing” sonic. I used to love going to sonic for breakfast but owners like these are ruining this place need to go next door to Arby’s and learn how to run a real fast food establishment.
JUST PAID FOR A SONIC BLAST THAT THEY DOUBLE CHARGED ME FOR EXTRA OREO AND THERE WAS NO OREO BLENDED IN, JUST ON THE TOP. THE MANAGER WANTED TO ARGUE ABOUT ME GETTING SOME ON THE SIDE AND SAID SHE'LL REFUND ONE OF THE EXTRA CHARGES. OK, SINCE MY MOUTH WAS REALLY SET FOR THIS BLAST. THEN AS IM EATING ON THE WAY HOME IT HAS ICE CHIPS IN IT, UNLESS THE ICE CREAM IS FREEZER BURNED WHY WOULD THERE BE ICE IN IT? AND TO TOP IT OFF THERE WAS A CHUNK OF PLASTIC INSIDE OF THE BLAST AS WELL. NEVER COMING BACK. SHOULD HAVE FOLLOWED MY MIND AND WENT TO BRAUMS. THEN WHEN THE MANAGER REFUNDED MY CARD SHE HAD THE AUDACITY TO ASK FOR THE $0.50 BACK SHE GAVE ME EARLIER.
Parking: Sonic have the best onion rings. There is to me. Parking is Parking.
Horrible and rude customer service. Employees constantly have an attitude and are disrespectful.
I wanted to say Thank you again to the manager. My order was wrong the day manager was sooooo sweet she fixed it with a big smile she showed a great deal of empathy her customer service skills are Great. Keep up the GREAT work Ms. Loretta
