Starbucks - Dallas

Quiet location in the underground in an office space with some outside seats. Service was friendly, but I can't really say that I had the best food and drink experience here. I made a mobile pickup, but when I arrived at the time when they said that my drink was ready, they didn't even begin to make it, and the pastry was warmed when I asked not to be so I could grab it. And they weren't busy. All right. Only a few people are already sitting at tables. I am not usually complaining one, and I appreciate the service, but if your order is very late and incorrect, if it is not busy and there are several nearby locations that do a good job, it makes you go back to rethink. I'll try next time I'm here, hoping for better results.

I'll wait 24 minutes for a Tall Chestnut Praline Latte. There were two ladies in front of me who ordered 8 drinks that I'm close to, but after these 8 drinks were made, it took about 12 minutes to make my drink and there was only 1 drink before me after this great order. The crew moved very slowly, although they waited a number of customers to be made for their drinks. As soon as I got my drink, I took the lid off to find the wrong topping, that's not that big of a deal for me. What's a big deal to me when they left about 2 1/2 inches in my cup. I understand you need to leave about 1/2in for whipped cream, but for just a tall size, I feel that is much too much money to pay for so little. I would ask them to focus on making drinks according to Starbuck's standards.

Very clean downtown Starbucks store with great access to quickly park outside and go in to order. The baristas are very nice and helpful. Love this location!
