Boston Pizza - Dartmouth

My perogie pizza was good, but temperature could have been hotter. Husband had 1/2 rack of ribs, it was child size. Son had chicken parm, said it was ok. Apps were really good.

The food is average, the place is clean. The servers are absolutely awful. They are always rude every single time without fail, whether we dine in or take out. We’re not difficult customers by any means, so I’m honestly not sure why they give us attitude every time we’re there. I really don’t know. Seems like young, preppy girls who think they’re better than everybody and only work a job to pay their phone bills while mommy and daddy pay for everything else. That’s the vibe, anyway lol. High school bully types. Not a very comfortable place to dine if you’re not also young and preppy.

Made an order an hr and a half before closing.. waited an hr and 20 mins for a pizza and garlic fingers and the restaurant is 5 mins down the road so I called and was told they tried to call and knocked but they didn't as I have 3 dogs and they all would have barked at the door also waited at the door at the delivery time.. then called to say ill just go pick it up and was told the kitchen was shut down 20 mins before they closed so it was tossed.. they didn't actually make the stuff they were just to lazy to deliver it. Instead of canceling it and letting me order elsewhere they wasted an hr and half to which it was to late for everywhere else. Terrible franchise and will no longer be spending money there.

We had our team meal here between games. The food was great and the staff were super at dealing with our crowd size, getting us fed and in our way to the next game.

Was quite disappointed in my last few visits here, went to watch football at what I thought was a sports bar and I was told they don't have that in their bar, that's whatever I guess what made me upset was I asked before sitting down if the game was on because it was the only reason I was there and I was told yes. To top it off it took 20 minutes to get me a beer even tho I was sitting at the bar and watched the bartender talk to a group of staff member that was finished with their shift before realizing she forgot my beer..so long story short I was lied to about sports not being played in a sports bar and it took 20 minutes for a beer on a not busy night...
