Cookies Dreams - Davenport

The restaurant was cute and I liked the layout there was a large selection of cookies and flavors with descriptions next to them.

Disappointing customer service. Cookies arrived squished and melted. Not properly packaged for the weather. When I reached out to them, their solution was to give me a 15% off code.

The cookies are delicious! I feel that the real test of a business is not only when things go right but when they are not perfect. We had a slight issue when my husband picked up a catering order and was missing some cookies. The owners went above and beyond to make it right. I don’t expect perfection from a brand new store, they are still learning; is how you respond that matter! Thank you so much!! And hopefully they will have gluten free soon too

I ordered a box of these for my daughters teacher as part of her end of the year gift. I received them today. 3 out of the 6 cookies were broken and crumbled. I have ordered several times before and never had this happen. I decided to reach out to customer service since they are part of a gift to see if they 'd replace the three crumbled cookies. They responded with we are sorry to hear this, here is a code for 15% off your next order. That does not even cover the cost of one cookie. While the cookies are tasty I feel the customer service is very poor. I am VERY disappointed. I would not recommend ordering this and I will not be ordering from here again.
