We waited for 10 minutes before anyone approached our table, despite there being three other customers present. One of those tables was directly behind us and cleared while we waited, yet no one came to attend to us. Eventually, we received water and menus, but the server never spoke a word, not even asking if we wanted drinks. We were then brought chips, still with no communication from our server. After another 15 minutes, someone finally came to take our order, but again, we were not asked if we wanted anything to drink. I have never experienced such poor service at this establishment before!
